Bus Supply Charters can provide your group with a price quote for your group’s transportation needs. To determine a price, the following information will be required:
- How many coaches will you need to accommodate your group?
(56 passengers per Bus) - Dates of your trip (or total number of days)
- Origin, destination and basic itinerary of what your group plans to do
Rates:
The charter total shown is per information provided by the group and is based on equipment availability at the time of confirmation. The cost is subject to change in accordance with your final itinerary. The charter party is fully responsible for any tolls and parking fees incurred en route.
Additional Time:
If additional service is required en route the driver must obtain pre-approval from the office. Upon approval, the group leader will be asked to sign an agreement regarding additional charges. When planning your itinerary, please note that DOT regulations prohibit drivers from driving more that 10 hours before obtaining 8 hours off duty. If your itinerary does not conform, please contact our office.
Deposits:
No Motorcoach will be confirmed until a $100.00 deposit per motorcoach is received by our office. Please include the Charter Order No. with all payments to insure proper credit. THE FULL BALANCE AND A FINAL ITINERARY MUST BE RECEIVED 14 DAYS BEFORE DEPARTURE. Any charter not cancelled at least 2 weeks prior to departure will be subject to a $100.00 cancellation fee. All on site cancellations are non-refundable.
Disclaimer:
In order to continually provide our customers with the newest and most comfortable equipment possible, we ask for your group’s cooperation with federal and company regulations. This company will not liable for items left on the motorcoach. The group leader will be responsible for examining the motorcoach with the driver before the conclusion of the trip. Bus Supply Charters, Inc. reserves the right to lease equipment from other companies in order to fulfill this agreement.
Prohibited Substances:
Smoking and illegal substances are strictly prohibited on all coaches. DOT prohibits the transportation of any combustible material aboard motorcoaches. (This includes propane bottles.)
